I specialize in optimal space utilization, ascetically pleasing and low maintenance designs, curb appeal, drainage solutions, irrigation, stone works/masonry, and landscape restorations. - I will first come to your property and go through the complete design process with you. I start by gathering your input, asking thoughtful questions, then brainstorm out-loud multiple design possibilities and material options that would be best suited to your needs, layout and budget. I will then provide: - An order of operations list - Materials needed with locations and pricing - A separate labor estimate to have me preform the work - Tips catered to you and your project - Drawings provided if need My price is $150. (refunded if hired to preform labor) I am personally available for On-Call assistance if needed mid-project. ($50 an hour) I have access to day-labors if needed.
