biweekly maintenance near Nellis

Small .1 acre lot near nellis AFB, Lamb x Tropical in Bacara Ridge subdivision. Front yard is all rock and desert landscaping with dry riverbed and a few shrubs. The backyard is half concrete patio with synthetic grass covering the other half. There is one small rose garden in a 13 inch wide area with 7 rose bushes in the backyard. I need someone to help me keep it clean, shrubs trimmed and weeds out of the rocks and maintain the irrigation system. No need for a massive cleanup, I had a landscaper coming out regularly, but he stopped showing up last week. Yard is still well maintained, but I want it to stay that way. I'm looking for bi-weekly or monthly maintenance with reliable transportation. Must speak English.
