Matt 26 Years Old/White Male -Many years experience in business Knows how/what needs to be done -Valid NYS drivers License with over 5 years experience driving Dump Truck with full Trailer -Able to use all equipment fast efficiently with nice results -Able to trim bushes, fertilize, spray. Has some understanding of chemicals/sprays -Able to trim and cut down trees the right way(tie branches through crotches so they hang after cut to avoid dropping on things) no professional but willing to climb with spikes if needed. -Knows irrigation can make quick repairs or do complete installs. not best at sweating pipes but no problem replacing solenoids and building boxes. -Mechanically inclined. Can make little repairs on spot and will learn equipment as time goes. -Has driven plow truck but not to much experience. Interested in continuing and learning more this year. I also know how to use snow removal equipment -Can drive bobcat/forklift no problem..Again not a professional but will get job done and looking to continue learning and getting better as time goes -general carpenter skills IF PAY IS RIGHT AND NEEDED I WILL BE WILLING TO: -Make sure truck is dumped and cleaned every morning -Come early,Stay late,Show up on rainy days to make sure Blades are sharpened, shop is clean, things are working properly and running smooth for business next day. -Have back-up workers available in case needed (no-shows,someones sick,running behind due to weather) -Take responsibility and action to make sure things get done the right way and customer will be very happy. -Willing to learn and grow with company. I recently was employed in the auto sales industry. Was not working out sitting at a desk everyday. My type of work has always been with my hands. I am a very hard worker and a very fast learner. I am always looking to learn new trades if there is something you don't see above just ask. I can do a lot of different jobs and willing to be taught anything new that I already do not know.
