I am a fresh back at the lawn care fun agin, is what I enjoy doing lawn care/maintenance an pressure washing I like the spring an summer iv been doin this for a few years now an do it alone it's alot Easyer I think cause I can work till I feel it's 120% compleate an owner has smile on face if customer is unsatisfyed then all wrk is on me an it's free as long as nobody has feeling they can't talk to me for some reason cause I want everyone to enjoy my company an services but enjoy the kind, easy goin, feel i try to give off I enjoy free extras like rolling up hoses, refilling bird baths, estamates are alway on me but if somthinn is gonna be needed I try an get out the way asap so there's nothing but regular scheduled maintainece so if all property's are like that they are faster. since I'm known for doing more than im supposed to an just case I seem like I care more than other lawn care providers well that why they call it lawn care!! I love gettin new regulars, Its a great feeling, most hear from others who I am an choose me cause I don't just get in get out an not talk until time for pay Is rude, you gotta be nice an carring for owners an the property. cause I'll use unique patterns while mowing an iv gotta a greater tip just all in the extra touches. But the tools I'm used to using off the top of me head cause I have list an prepared but that's all takin care of that mornin so usually I'll use the mower, weed eater, edger for walkways an driveways, a rake here an there, hedge trimmers, hand snips, blower for little acsess debree left from mower, an other tools if needed! I'll paint if I'm asked to do so! An pressure washing is a good trade I'm good at, any house can be done regardless an outside furniture an ext. anything white an plastics or painted can use bleach witch is my favorit but some owners don't like chemicals every now an then. I do sidewalks/driveways an anything else like cars I dirty from washer I'll clean or if asked I'll clean for hardy nothin an if u can think of anything else iv done it but ask befor so I can add in to-do list for that property.
