We use a premium Turf Type Tall Fescue Blend seed which is a great lawn type grass that not only looks amazing but is also drought and disease tolerant. Discounts are available including a 5% pre-pay discount, *a competitor steal discount @ 4%, and a senior citizen discount @ 3%-all of which can be combined for a total of 12% off your final total. We can also apply a coat of lime to neutralize your lawns PH balance at an additional price that we guarantee will beat that of our competitors price. This service only takes place mid September-late October so act fast before spots fill up. *For competitor FAO discount we will need at least one of the following, last years bill, invoice, or receipt.
