That's right, you don't have to wait a year for your free month, we give it to you up front. All we ask is that you agree to stick with us for at least 3 additional months if we do a good job. That's one month of weekly standard maintenance service at no cost, then three months at regular cost. Does not include tree trimming/pruning, shrub/bush pruning, chemical application/pest control, or clean-up of non-maintained grounds. Not available with any other offers. If you are unhappy with our service, you can cancel without penalty by notifying us in writing and giving us 30 days to remedy it.
