Community Discount Lawn Care! If you are in a subdivision and know of at least 10 people that would like their lawns to be beautiful than this is the best deal going. For normal subdivision lot sizes if there are at least 10 residents in near proximity I will mow for $10.00 dollars each, once per week and 4 times per month ($10.00 per mow). Additional charges for additional services. If there are more than 10 lawns (in close proximity), than there may be additional discounts. Don't wait as once my schedule is full, your community may miss out. Mobile home parks lawns of 15 or more in close proximity of each other will be mowed at $8.00 (per mow) per lawn once per week and 4 times a month. This discount is due to the smaller size of the mobile home park lawn.
