My name is Samantha, I am 24 years old, and would love to offer my cleaning services for a low cost. I have 6 years of experience in housekeeping as well as doing lawn care, including hedge trimming, mowing, weeding, planting misc items. In simple terms I am quite capable of doing the basic lawn care duties. I will provide quality and efficient work that you deserve. I am currently available 7 days a week, and my first appointments will be set in the morning around 9:00am. Depending on the amount of work that needs to be done I will have schedule appointments in 3 hour time frames to allow myself enough time to appropriately finish the job, and have enough time to gather any cleaning supplies I might need at my next job. I am a very honest, and caring person. I understand that right now things are hard for everyone, but that doesn't mean you have to go without having a clean house for a extremely decent price. My Rates: These rates are determined by the size of the home, and how many rooms you want to be cleaned, and if you want lawn care thrown in with it. **Average Home Size 2-3 bedrooms approximately 900sqft:: $150.00-$... depending on the amount of work and time it will take. **Apartment/Duplex 1-3 bedrooms:: $80.00-$1... **Lawn Care Full Service:: $125.00 includes(mowing,hedge trimming,weeding,planting etc.) Single Services:: $50.00 per individual task. ** If you bundle together your lawn care and house cleaning, I will be charging the price for the house cleaning, and 25% of the lawn care costs. If this arrangement doesn't work for you, we can simply sit down and talk about what I can do to make this affordable for you. **ONGOING SERVICES** To Sign Up for Ongoing Services:: $30.00/monthly {*When deciding to do the continuous care, and ongoing services. Keep in mind, that when you hire me ongoing, the only price you will pay is the $30.00 few for being a set client in my schedule, and you will be getting a 30% discount on the cleaning costs. Saving you roughly $40.00-$5... a month. ** During the time that I am in your home, I will sit down with you and explain what the cost will be for the ongoing service and how it will save you even more money. We will look at the calendar, and choose dates for me to come back out. You will then have the opportunity to give me a list of tasks you would like done each time I am there, and what your goal is for the how you want your home to look. The final step to signing up for these ongoing services, is simply signing the appointment form granting your permission to charge for these services and return to your home. I will be doing ongoing after care services on each home, checking in every 2 weeks to work on the yard, and do some house cleaning if needed. **~** As I stated previously, I know very well how crappy this economy is right now, and how tight money is for the majority of the families in this state.
