If you do decide to hire our company to do the work, we will send you a free Domino's pizza or a free tan anyway! At One-Sun our work is our life, and we go to extreme lengths to ensure customer satisfaction is number one priority! We are FULLY insured through Grange Insurance, and can provide proof of insurance at the commencement of any job/contract!! SPECIALS!! Our mowing special is pretty simple! If you choose us as your lawn care provider, refer us to other people; if we attain 5 active mowing accounts from your contacts, we will mow your lawn for 50% of the initial given estimate for as long as those 5 accounts remain active! Not only this, but refer 10 customers to us, and you will receive a full spring cleanup, AND 75% off the given estimate, for as long as those accounts are active!! Not ONLY THIS, but if you have an indoor job (flooring, tile, drywall etc.) you will receive 25% off of ALL of your bushes being trimmed! Also, since fall is coming up, we are offering 50% off fall cleanup, with every new lawn care account!! This includes: bed cleaning, raking, sticks and debris out of the yard, etc.) WHEELCHAIR RAMPS Wheelchair ramps are in such dire need in our community. So many people cannot afford them, insurance won't pay for it, and they need them so badly. One-Sun designed a way to keep the cost at minimum, get a wheelchair ramp into the house, and include our customers as a small contributor! Our elderly and disabled citizens are very special to us, which is why One-Sun started the "RAMP - UP" program. Being as 5% of our profits go to a charity program that builds/installs wheelchair ramps, once the amount of funds are available in the charity fund, we work with disabled people, who have a severe need for a wheelchair ramp into their house, by getting the materials paid for through the RAMP -UP Fund. One-Sun works closely with a church group who have always had a calling to help the disabled and in need of medical care. This is our way of helping. So for those who don't need wheelchair ramps, every time you utilize B&E as your provider for whatever need you have, remember, 5% goes to help those who cannot walk on their own. This is a real calling, and a way for the whole community to "give back" to the people in need. We try to get the cost of the wheelchair ramp down to 50%, and then donate part of our work in building/installing them. This way more people can get in and out of their house with fewer injuries.
