Landscaper Job in Toronto, Ontario

This 30 year old house has the same landscaping builder put in 30 years ago. Looking to re-do front yard: steps on porch, walkway, retaining walls and gardens. Driveway is made of interlocking bricks and those needs to be repaired. Back yard needs grading redone, planting and soil "remediation" - 5 giant oak trees are sucking up all the water and nutrients and nothing else grows, soil is depleted. As well as either a wood or stone deck put in. Looking for ideas, cost-effective solutions (anyone can do a great job for $100K), but we have lots of other priorities and are looking for cost effective solutions. Thank you.
