Landscape maintenance company hiring crew members who have a passion for the industry. Each member is responsible for performing lawn care tasks knowledgably, efficiently and with high standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain grounds of residential and commercial properties by performing the following duties. *Mowing lawnsusing various size commercial lawn mowers safely and efficiently. *Trimming/edging using gas powered equipment. *Operating hand held and backpack blowers. *Trimming and shaping shrubs using gas powered hedge trimmers. *Aerating lawns with commercial aerator. *Applying granular fertilizer. *Perform weeding by hand. *Assisting with Spring/fall cleanups, leaf and pine needle removal. *NEATLYand ACCURATELY fill out daily time sheets. *Comply with business ethics and company work rules. *Perform all duties with a high standard of detail. *Safely pull trailers. *Safely drive company trucks. QUALIFICATIONS *Valid and clean drivers license. *Your own reliable transportation to work *Have at least 2 seasons of commercial/residential landscape maintenance experience. *Basic knowledge of sharpening and changing lawn mower blades greasing zirks ect *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Shows diligence and initiative. *Ability to work in all Colorado weather conditions. *Able to work full days. 7am - 6pm if needed.
