Looking for a grounds maintenance leader with skills in gardening / horticulture. Create and facilitate a seasonal maintenance plan that meets the annual budget. Maintenance tasks must include perennial garden bed maintenance (edging, weeding, transplanting, mulching) for 1,120 SF and bi-weekly mowing for 0.83 acres at a minimum. Potential to assist with future bed prep and planting. Make recommendations for additional maintenance activities. The property is in DeKalb, IL.
