Hourly Help - Landscape, Yard, and Occasional Housework

Looking for gay, Hispanic, fit male to help from time to time with landscaping, gardening, sprinkler systems, general maintenance and occasional housekeeping chores. Will pay cash, same day ranging from $10 to $12 an hour depending on experience and productivity. Current job at home in Hidden Springs. Could lead to additional work opportunities at three rental properties in Boise/ BSU area. Please let me know your experience, skills, physical abilities, availability, and desired rate of pay.
