Landscape Construction Foreman

I'm a very busy company based out of Etobicoke. I am looking for a lead hand/foreman who can grade, lay brick, cut with a quick cut saw, experienced with flag stone set in mortar, concrete, sodding, some planting and comfortable in a skid steer/mini excavator. Drivers license a must. I'm on site majority of the time but would like someone who is comfortable taking the lead if I have to leave or on another job site.
