For these reasons, we have been able to retain many key employees since the inception of the company. Through a tough economy we have continued to thrive and are now searching for a qualified candidate to fill the newly created Hardscape Foreman position. The Hardscape Foreman position offers the right candidate an opportunity to join a stable field management team and potential for future advancement. The Hardscape Foreman's responsibilities will include: • Managing crews ranging in size from 2-6 employees • Ability to complete job paperwork on a daily basis • Must be able to speak and read English ( bilingual would be a plus ) • Bring in jobs on or under budget • Trains crew members when needed • Ability to hold others accountable • Proficient knowledge of landscaping/hardscape products, tools, equipment's, and plant material Benefits: • Workers compensation • Company provided tools and equipment • Company provided vehicle and gas card for company vehicle • Consistent year-round work ( landscaping in the spring, summer, and fall, snow plowing in the winter) Compensation: • $14-$25 depending on experience Requirements: • Minimum of 3-5 years of hardscape experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously and on occasion multiple crews or subcontractors • Valid driver's license REQUIRED, with clean driving record • Professional references How you should respond to this posting: - Please respond via phone at (302-793...).
