I am seeking bids for the annual lawn care for our community HOA. The attached photos show the property with mow areas shown with a green outline and flower beds shown as a red outline. Each photo shows the square footage for mowing and flowerbeds and linear footage shown for edging. Total for all four areas is shown below from Google Earth, this is approximately 0.71 acres total. The photos of each area shows the information for the individual area. Approximate Totals 30820 square feet on lawn 7958 feet of edging 2818 square feet of flower beds Quotes should include separate line items for 1. Mowing during the grow season, bids can be all inclusive or cost per service which is typically weekly during the spring and early summer then biweekly until the grass is dormant usually around 20 - 25 services per season. 2. Weed and maintain flowerbeds, trim and maintain shrubs and trees as needed, provide spring flowers for the two entrances that have beds. 3. Leaf Removal Twice Weekly - Pool Area Only October and November bids can be all inclusive or cost per service 4. Lawn fertilize, pre-emergent, grub treatment typically 6 treatments per year. Tree and shrub fertilize and pest control as needed. 5. General maintenance of lawn sprinkler system to include test and adjust sprinkler heads as needed monthly during the grow season. Replacement of worn or damaged heads should be included as fixed price per occurrence. Major repairs would be addressed independently as needed. Currently we have multiple contractors providing these services and would like to have a single source. Contractor must provide references with bid and proof of insurance prior to contact acceptance.
