First, a major spring cleaning, second bagging and removal of all organic material and litter, and pick-up and discard all litter and flyers wedged in the door. Simple work but I need somebody who is conscientious and hardworking. After the spring cleaning, the yard could be maintained on a weekly basis for $25.00 per week or $100.00 per month. As part of the job, I would also ask that the two strips of land along the sidewalk be cut and trimmed.
