Landscaper Job in Oakville, Ontario

My elderly mother (an avid gardener) has a garden area that is too much for her to maintain. Neighbours tree roots make this garden area too difficult for her to dig out. We would like to put river rock in place (with weed protection) and use planters. We need assistance preparing the area and putting in the river rock. There may be scope to include replanting existing plants into large planters that she will maintain.
