Landscaper Job in Lancaster, California

Hi, I was wondering if you are available to do a yard clean up, from and back. The front is mostly dirt, needs to be raked and a few weeds. The back yard has lots of the tumble weed bushes that will need to be pulled up and removed. I was wondering if you have availability the morning of 12/29, we would pay you $10 a hour but as long as the job is done we will pay you no less than $40 even if you finish sooner than 4 hours.
