Need slight trimming of three Pampas Grass bushes. Substantial pruning of front and side hedges. Weeding of beds and non lawn area. Edging of small front lawn and sidewalk portions. Removal of any major weeds in lawn. This is a one time job to prep the house for selling. I've had this job done for as low as $250.00. Sounds like more work than it is. Need it done ASAP.
