Front Range Services is a landscaping and maintenance company that focuses on commercial properties and home owners associations. Our maintenance division currently holds year-round maintenance and custodial contracts with the Denver Regional Transportation District, servicing 46 light rail stations and over 200 bus shelters. Our landscaping division provides seasonal property maintenance, landscaping, and decorative services, as well as winter snow removal for Denver area hotels, condo associations, and business maintenance districts. Landscaping Technician Job Description – The landscaping technician is the manicurist of lawns and properties around the Denver Metro, helping to keep our city looking beautiful. Our landscaping techs spend their summer days outside working on re-scaping projects for commercial and residential properties from hotels to condo associations, doing general grounds maintenance, and planting projects in ground and in planters. • Must be punctual • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled • Must be willing to work FULL time • Must be willing to work outside, regardless of weather • Preferred - Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Preferred traits – Team oriented, positive attitudes, accountable, responsible, proactive, and passionate about quality work done efficiently.
