Landscaper Job in New Smyrna Beach, Florida

I have a NON running Ryan Mataway Dethatcher this was a four thousand dollar machine and probably will take about 350.00 to make it right again. It has a 10 hp Briggs and strat iron bore commercial/industrial engine. The belt cover is off, the throttle is broke, the pull rope is broke. These are the things wrong that I can see.
