ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance is currently searching for Enhancement Crew Leaders -- Driver who will be responsible for driving our crews to and from jobs as well as managing employees while they are en route and on the jobs in the greater Denver area. Crew Leads are also responsible for: • Supervising all maintenance service activities of the crew -- ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times • Reviewing and managing crew schedules • Completing a pre-trip inspection report each day before dispatch for all Class A and Class B equipment • Coordinating with branch management, customers and employees as needed • Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed • Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company's safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews • Managing multiple services within a branch including: fertilization and spray operations, maintenance production, tree care or arborist services, horticultural services and irrigation Requirements: • Clean driving record • Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus ValleyCrest offers excellent benefits and competitive wages!
