Landscaper Job in Augusta, Georgia

Hello, I just moved into an apartment at Hunters Run, 2515 Center West Pkwy, 2A, Augusta GA 30909. Problem is they have a contract with a very poor lawn service. They don't trim shrubs well at all and they don't address drainage problems. (This may be due to mgmt here not telling them). I am used to living in nice homes and doing my own landscaping and maintaining my shrubs, grass, etc. I am renting my townhome out and took a tiny 1br apt to save some money from losing a job for 7 months which turned me upside down. I would love for you to work at my front door area which gets all the water when it rains and it puddles right at the door. I think a small trench to divert water along with some rocks and cover with pine straw would help. I have told Landlord but he has done nothing and he does say it's ok for me to work on this area. I plan on trimming the shrubs under my front window but I don't have ability to haul straw or get rocks and dig the small trench (or whatever you think best). I told him it needed the plastic edging put down right up to my walkway to keep water out and also french drain. He is ok with that. I'd just like an estimate from you as to what this small area would cost. Also, I would imagine that if you do a great job, and if you wanted a contract, he may be willing to change.
