Landscaper Job in Phoenix, Arizona

I have two houses side by side with weeds in the desert landscaping up to my chest in some places. The houses have no electricity, so I am looking for someone with a gas weed whacker who can come and mow them down very short and then spray pre-emergent on them. I have the pre-emergent. I tried to cut some down by hand today, but didn't get that far. But then, I am retired and not very good at it. I need this done as soon as possible, and for not very much money. If you have a gas weed eater and can mow this stuff down and spray the areas for me, please let me know for how much. The properties are located on about 24th St. and Campbell.
