Price negotiable. The steepest slopes have banks of liriope to control erosion, and do not need to be mowed regularly. The main area to be mowed is the center of the lawn, between the tree groupings on the East and West sides. On the East side there's a 5' wide mowed strip next to the neighbor's fence, and on the West side there is a storm sewer easement (occasional small creek). The mowed area on the West side entry is about 8-10 feet wide from the side to the center lawn area. The South back end at the bottom of the hill needs to be mowed all the way across. Additional services could include mulching some areas around large hardwood trees, and plant care, depending on your recommendation. I'm interested in mowing every 1.5 to 2 weeks. Limbs occasionally come down and can be piled at the back of the property if not taken away. Job can include my front yard as well, which is flat and includes a large garden area that does not need to be mowed. I have been mowing the yard with a push mower for the past 20 years, but the back yard tends to get away from me, and I've finally decided to hire someone to do this for me instead. Thanks.
