Landscaper Job in Tallahassee, Florida

Busy retail plant nursery with an even busier landscape department is expanding. We need a crew leader with at least 3 years experience in planting, driving tractors and other landscape equipment, and building hardscapes. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision and to organize other crew members. You should be able to read landscape plans and communicate with the customers. Some college preferred. Those that can do light designs and basic estimates will be able to increase their earning potential through commissions on sold jobs. Must have a valid drivers license.
