***Must be able to pass extensive drug screen and background checks*** Landscape Tech Maintain the landscape of our client to the highest quality standard while providing superior customer service. Work as directed by Team Leader, you will assist with blowing general landscaping which will include blowing leaves, picking up leaves and other brush as well as assisting with other landscaping needs. Blow leaves, assist with pruning, assist with installation of plant materials and distribute pine straw, clean and de-ice side walkways and parking areas and detail facilities per supervisor’s direction. Effectively assist with general landscape maintenance (back-pack blowers, pruners, shears, etc.) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements to be considered qualified to do the job Required Minimum Education: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred Required Minimum Experience: some experience preferred, not a required Required Skills: Must know how to perform landscaping duties and how to work safely. Carry up to 40lbs on your back, stoop, bend and/or kneel for extended periods of time Hear oncoming traffic while working close to streets and parkways and be able to detect variations in engine performance of maintenance equipment for safety purposes Have valid driver's license and dependable transportation Speak and understand the English language, bilingual is a plus Display a professional image Be flexible to change and/or adapt to priority needs for the work day. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be in good physical and emotional health. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Excessive walking must be able to work under any weather condition
