Responsibilities: - Conduct lawn service operations independently. Conduct service quotes as required. - Communicate respectfully with all customers and coworkers both face to face and over the phone - Maintain accountability and serviceability of all equipment and materials. - Safely operate a medium-sized truck, trailer, and lawn care equipment. 2. Duties: Mowing, trimming, weed pulling and treatments, aeration, power raking, moving dirt, stone, and mulch, raking leaves & thatch, trimming bushes and flowers, fertilization, revive treatments, overseeding, basic sprinkler maintenance, and sprinkler winterization. 3. Required Qualifications: - Responsible & reliable - A positive attitude - Good communication skills - Ability to work well with others - Willingness to learn new skills and provide the best service possible for our clients. - Takes pride in doing a great job and has a great work ethic. - Pass background check and initial/periodic drug tests - Clean driving record for past 3 years and current driver's license - Have at least two years of driving experience and be able to proficiently operate a medium-sized truck and trailer. - Must lift at least 50-65 lbs. - Stand and walk for extended periods of time; crouch, kneel, work on hands and knees for short periods of time - Have own transportation of company headquarters/job site. - Ability to work in extreme weather and on weekends - Previous experience in management requiring team task prioritization and delegation (Team Lead Only) 4. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous lawn service and landscaping experience - Know how to use google maps or other digital mapping smartphone app
