Landscaper Job in Mendon, New York

We are in need of a long-term design that we can address one section of the yard at a time. We are mostly in need of advice, as we need to save money by doing most of the work ourselves. Some of the jobs will require help, though. We have a very overgrown perennial garden that needs to be redone and a small fence to be installed. We also need to take down a row of trees and would like to replace it with some kind of berm with something on the order of arborvitae, but it needs to be something that the deer will not eat.
