Organic Landscaping Company looking to hire dependable, inspired and motivated individuals to join our team. Must be skilled at doing impeccable work, attention to detail, and occasionally producing minor miracles. Must be experienced, none of these are training opportunities. All work is based on a project-to-project basis. Work available is perfect for people who enjoy gardening and landscaping and want control the days and hours they work. Detailed oriented small landscaping companies are welcome to apply. Any permaculture training is also a plus. Women welcome to apply. Positions available are: Field Manager: Oversee jobs from start to finish; this is part management job and part hands-on job. You will be working with architects and must be able to follow their instructions impeccably. A clear mind is needed for this job. You will mange your crew and other crew leaders. Must have your own full size pick up truck. Planting, pruning, masonry, light construction and irrigation experience needed. You will report directly to the company owner. Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Computer skills necessary. Year round work possible. Crew Associate: Garden Specialist: Duties are to design, plant and maintain 4 season container gardens, as well as annuals and perennial beds. You will be the master/mistress of our rose gardens so expertise with roses is needed. Must be talented planter and proficient at plant identification. If you believe in garden fairies and energy, we want you! Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Computer skills necessary. Must have own reliable vehicle. Gardening tools a plus. Crew Associate: Generalist; Experience, talent, passion and ambition are all a must. Must be proficient at plant identification. Projects will include, planting trees, shrubs and perennials. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, light construction, cleanups, invasive plant control, edging etc. Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Must have own reliable vehicle. Pay is $18-$35 hour depending on talent, competencies, speed and doing impeccable work.
