Ohio Lawn & Pest Control is a rapidly growing locally-owned company serving residential and commercial properties throughout Central Ohio. We are currently hiring for two new part time positions (with a possible quick move to full time) with past experience in landscaping and working with lawn treatments. LANDSCAPE LABORER Pay & Hours: $10-$13/hr DOE 20-30 hours a week (up to three 10 hours days) Performance bonuses Job Duties Include: Seed and sod Turf renovation projects Maintaining equipment & vehicles Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have knowledge of using lawn renovation tools (slice-seeder) LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN Pay & Hours: $12-$15/hr DOE 20-30 hours a week (up to three 10 hours days) Weekend availability a must Performance bonuses Job Duties Include: Providing written & verbal quotes to prospects/current customers Maintaining equipment & vehicles Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager Inventory Control Generating new sales on your route Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team ODA license preferred (OLPC will pay for testing fee) Must be able to operate a ride-on fertilizer spreader (Z-spray) We are a growing company and career advancement is available.
