Greater Texas Landscapes is currently looking Licensed Irrigators or Irrigator Technicians- The basic duties of an irrigator will include, but are not limited to: clock programmming, trenching, heads, valves, pipe replacement, wiring, and general problem identification. The ability to communicate with clients and supervisors is required. A clean driving record and the ability to process some paperwork is essential. Minor variations may exit due to branch size and location. All employees are expected to do what is necessary to assure a happy client and safe working environment. The outdoor work will expose you to temperature extremes from over 110 degrees in the summer to below freezing in the winter. Pollens, dust and fumes from chemicals, glues,automobiles and power equipment are present on a daily basis. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Perform irrigation parts inventory on a regular basis as dictated by manager Report on time to manager/superivisor See that assigned projects fulfill obligations spelled out by work orders or contracts Follow established routine through work order or route Conform to dress and safety policies Submit all necessary paperwork- completed work orders, time sheets, various inspection reports, etc. We offer great benefits- Medical/ Dental Insurance, ESOP ( Employee Stock Ownership Program), Vision, Vacation pay, and Other great benefits!!
