Landscape MDs Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Landscape Technician Crew Leader. The ideal candidate should have about 5 years of direct landscape experience. Duties may include but not limited to: - Winter snow removal services - Tracking Labor and Materials on Site - Some Lawn Mowing and Maintenance (generally to fill in 1 or 2 weeks a year) - Installation of Retaining Walls, Paver Patios, Plants, Trees, and Sod - Operating a Tractor, Skidsteer, and Mini Backhoe - General projects will be 2 days to 1 week and include the following types of work: - New Lawn Installation - Foundation Landscape Installation - Sod Installation - Grading and digging with equipment - Landscape Renovations The Ideal Candidate Must: - have a valid driver's license - have no prior DUI convictions within the past 7 years - have experience using skidsteers, tractors, mini excavators - be willing to schedule and cater to customer jobs, which is required as a company service, according to the customer's needs - be comfortable speaking with customers to adjust their service requirements based on the weather and time of year - A commercial pesticide applicators license is a plus but is not required to have upon applying.
