Lawn Care Technician needed Part-Time for growing Southern Wake County and Clayton area lawn maintenance service provider. Employment type: Seasonal (immediate - Mid December), Part-Time (30 Hours minimum/wk) to Full-Time as company expands. Basic Requirements: Able to lift and carry a 50# bag of fertilizer. Is comfortable with smart phones and tablets. A Self-starter with ability and self-discipline to work independently and get the job done effectively and efficiently without direct supervision. Willing to receive openly constructive coaching as a means to improve or become more efficient as a team. Is responsive, prompt, reliable, and courteous. Has friendly disposition and works cooperatively with others. Is service oriented with the ability to listen to and respond appropriately to clients' questions or concerns Sales oriented with an awareness that every individual encountered is a potential future client. Good oral communication skills. Has basic computer skills Must be comfortable working up to 10 hours per day, 6 days a week as the work load demands. Must have: A valid NC Driver License with clean driving record Zero felony convictions. Availability to work weekdays and some Saturdays, weather permitting. Reliable transportation to and from base office Garner NC area. The top candidates will have (but it is not necessary): NC Pesticide Applicators Certification.
