Landscaper Job in Beavercreek, Ohio

I am looking at selling my Beavercreek home later this year, and need to start working on the exterior now! The landscaping needs renovated and refreshed, and I have no idea where to start! At a minimum the flower beds need cleaned out, mulched, and edged. The shrubs need trimmed and some bald spots need seeded. There is a patio of sorts (pavers laid over sand) that needs to be removed and the lawn repaired. One corner of the back yard has been taken over by thistles that grow faster than I can cut them down! And of course since I plan on selling I am not interested in landscaping as an investment-I just need the yard to look presentable! If you might be interested in the challenge, let me know!
