Landscaper Job in Parker, Colorado

Hi, am needing someone who knows the difference between a weed and a flower. Three landscapers later, we have a weedy, messy pond area in need of weeding, landscape fabric, putting rocks on top. I'm NOT looking for someone to come in and spray everything as we have lots of perennials already planted. Just had landscapers previously who took shortcuts. This is not a good job for someone with a bad back. The work isn't hard, but it is tedious, and involves being on your knees and bending over. I can also use someone with a good trimmer (with a tree guard) to trim around fence posts, trees, flowers, etc. We live on 12 acres between Delbert and Inspiration, about 4.5 miles from Southlands Mall.
