Landscaper Job in Annandale, Virginia

I live in an Annandale Townhouse community and could use some quotes for some small items. I do not have a large yard but there are some things I could use. I have 3 small azalea bushes in the front yard that I would like removed, compost put down over the entire yard and mulched. Not sure about the square footage but its not more than 5x10ft. I also have a side yard that is about 8x30ft or so that I would love to ensure is graded appropriately away from the house as it seems to be quite wet most of the time and very shaded. I would also like compost and mulch down there in a specific area--this part comes right up to the "common area" which I am not an owner of. All in all, if nothing else I'd like to get the yard cleaned up on until I can arrange for the other work to be done. Thank you for your service, and I look forward to hearing from you.
