We are a growing landscaping company in Livonia seeking a motivated, hard-working landscape foreman to manage a 3-4 person team. Ideal candidate must be comfortable managing and motivating a team, goal-oriented, and focused on getting the job done in a timely fashion. Regular bonuses are given for expedited project completion!

Job Description:

- Driving truck/trailer to job site and to pickup materials
- Managing & motivating a 3-4 man team
- Residential/Commercial landscaping
- Brick paver/patio work
- Following a landscape design to make spaces come to life
- Tree removal/installation
- General lawn work & cleanup

Requirements:

- MUST have a valid drivers license with chauffeur endorsement (easily attainable at Secretary of State)
- Willing to work alongside team (we need a working foreman)
- Willing to WORK HARD, sometimes long hours, for fair hourly compensation overtime bonuses based on performance!
- Some landscaping knowledge required. More advanced knowledge = higher hourly wage.
- Must have reliable transportation to work in Livonia
- Ideal candidate should be "level-headed", drug-free, and even-tempered.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a big plus!

About the Job:

- Days usually start at 8AM and end around 5-7PM, depending on job
- You will report to the company owner, who does all the landscape designs
- We are happy to give bonuses when jobs are completed sooner than expected. Completing jobs quickly allows for more work during the season, and that is always rewarded!
