Need help with drainage and backyard steps

Need to rebuild the current entrance to the backyard which sits lower than the rest of the yard, with some steps. There is a small retaining wall at the entrance which I would consider rebuilding with a better looking stone. We also need better drainage from the yard, every winter my gate shifts quite a bit because of the water build up. We also need to level a few patio stones.
