We trim the property of weeds and over grown grass as well as the driveway,sidewalks and interlock, and blow any debris off of walkways and the driveway. 45$ - spring clean up (10$ extra if debris bag is added and we take the bags with us) We blow the top layer of debris into little piles with our 200mph blow-vac. We then rake the rest of the property to get the rest of the debris. We then vacuum all the little piles and take the debris with us when the job is finished. (grass that over grown to 3/4 a foot and up) 70$ - jungle lawn (95$ for corner lot properties) We go over the lawn with our commercial grade 22" Toro Mower with a mulch & debris collection bag. We bag all the debris & mulch and take it with us when the job is finished.
