Landscaper Job in Petersburg, Virginia

I am looking for a service provider to mow the grass and to generally make the yard look neat. I live in a single family residence with front and back yards. The property is fenced all around, and is of a moderate size. There is one shrub - an azalea bush - that does not require much maintenance. It only needs the weeds pulled from around it. It has been more than two weeks since the grass was mowed. I would mow the yard myself in order to save money, but I cannot get my lawn mower started. I loaned it to someone, but after they returned it, I was unable to use it. I hope I am able to have it repaired. Financially, it would be difficult for me to replace it at this time. I need lawn service that is reasonably priced. I am retired and on a fixed income. Thank you for your time.
