I am wanting to prepare existing open area of dead weeds to receive top soil and sod. A one time job to prepare area apprx 20" x 60"

Right now all I need is someone to rototill my dead front lawn. It’s completely dead with some weeds so I’m looking to start over. It’s around 1400 sq ft.

30x30 front yard. Rototilled last summer. Need to do again to level yard for concrete edgers and seed.

We spoke via email earlier this summer about you providing regular lawn service for my rental property at 2504 N Wall St. I am interested in having you do this job but would like to meet you at the property to discuss and talk about a regular billing schedule.
