Lawn and yards...not much grass but waste removal and weeding as well...back yard has bushes and trees

My Front Yard has about 800 SF need to install artificial Turf. The shape of the land is rectangle, and there are two trees on it. A little bit of plants on the dirt need to be remove, and make the base ready for installing. I do have turf with me, but you need to bring the base dirt, fabric, nails and so on.
